I stayed at this hotel which had some pros like a great location near the city center and beautiful promenade walks but sadly, the rooms urgently need renovations as they were small, had uncomfortable furniture, and poor toiletries. Additionally, the breakfast was modest. However, the staff was friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at the 5-star Borromees Hotel. The rooms were bright with a lovely view, and the service was top-notch with friendly and efficient staff.
